Orders

How can I place an order?

  • By visiting our website. Your selection will be added to your shopping cart and payment is made online.
  • By telephone at +33 (0)2.40 86 86 86 (France). You may either make payment over the phone, by credit card, or by sending a check.
  • By sending the order form found in our Quiltmania magazine.

What payment options do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • You can pay by check with our order forms or by calling us at +33 (0)2 40 86 86 86 (France).

I pay my order by bank check, to which address should I send my check?

Where can I find an order form?

Order forms are available in our Quiltmania magazine and on the last pages of the catalog.

You will soon be able to download an order form from this website.

What is the difference between my shipping and billing address?

The billing address corresponds to the person who is placing the order. The shipping address is for delivering your order. If these two addresses are the same, there is no need to fill out both when ordering via our website.

If you are placing an order and would like to have it delivered to another address, you must enter the correct shipping address (which will be different than that of the billing address). 

I have placed two orders in a row. Can both orders be shipped in the same package?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to modify orders once they have been placed. Therefore, we cannot combine several orders into one.

Shipping

Once my order is placed, when does it ship?

All orders placed before 3:00 pm (excluding national holidays weekends) will be shipped via the French postal service the same day.

All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.

Who are the service providers?

Shipment in Metropolitan France is handled by the postal service (for small packages) and Colissimo (for large packages). 

Deliveries outside of Metropolitan France are handled by the postal service (for small packages) and Fedex (for large packages). 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary according your country of residency and are as follows: 

Metropolitan France: 7,60€

European Union: 10,90€
Countries included: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Ireland and Luxembourg.

International: 16,90€
Countries included: French Overseas Territories, European countries not listed above, Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Our shipping costs are a flat fee. The weight of your order does not change the shipping costs. 

How do I change the shipping address?

  • If your order has just been placed, we unfortunately cannot modify the shipping address.
  • To change your address without an order in progress:
    • Step 1: change your address in your customer account on the Quiltmania Editions website. You can access your data by clicking on the “my account” icon at the top right of the home page of the Quiltmania website.
    • Step 2: contact Editions Quiltmania to confirm your change of address:

How do I know when my subscription will run out?

How do I renew my subscription?

You can renew your subscription either

  • on our website

  • or by paper order form found in our Quiltmania magazine.

Once I have subscribed, or renewed my subscription, when does it begin?

  • If you already have a current subscription, your renewal will take effect after the last issue included in your current subscription, provided that this renewal takes place BEFORE the publication of the next issue of your magazine.
  • If you are a new subscriber, your subscription will take effect from the next magazine to be published.

How do I change the delivery address for my subscription?

Digital Magazines

How to access to my digital magazines?

There are 3 possibilities to access to your digital magazines:

  • on Quiltmania website by logging into your account or choosing “Digital Magazines” in the pink banner on the top of the website;
  • by visiting directly the dedidated platform : https://online.quiltmania.com/;
  • via the confirmation email you received after your digital purchase with your dedicated ID and password. Don’t forget to check your spam folder. Individual digital magazines are also available for purchase and accessible within minutes of placing your order.

How do I log in to the digital magazines platform?

To log in to this specific platform, you need to enter your email address and the specific password you received in the confirmation email you received after having subscribed to our magazine(s) or purchased an individual digital magazine.

PLEASE NOTE that for security reasons, this password is different from your Quiltmania customer account.
