We owe you an explanation about the Mystery quilt « Discovery ».
Petra’s newsletter to her subscribers worried some of you. We would like to reassure you because the Mystery Quilt is totally achievable in centimeters as well as in inches.
As usual, we have converted all the measures in order to make the cutting in centimeters easier. Despite le fact that she validated the explanations before the magazine’s publication, Petra reacted after a client’s reactions, but her doubts were unjustified.
Don’t worry, you can cut as usual without throwing away the excess fabric, the fabric 18 as it happens, and everything will be fine!
On the drawing beneath, you can see that the quilt will be perfectly balanced despite the adapted conversions of dimensions. We had, of course, drawn it to scale in order to check our credibility of our work.
